Smoked Pork Carnitas Tacos
We prepped a pork shoulder with Uncle Tex's pepper sauce and Tajin then smoked it as a base for these mouthwatering carnitas tacos. Top with pico, pickled onions, cilantro, lime juice, and Cotija... or whatever sounds good! There are no rules with tacos!
