Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in new or like-new condition with all original components included.

Lightly used items may be accepted only if they remain clean, fully functional, complete, and free from significant wear or damage.

Returns may be denied or refunded at a reduced amount if items show signs of:

• Heavy or excessive use
   
• Misuse or neglect
   
• Commercial or institutional use
   
• Alteration or tampering
   
• Use outside of recommended guidelines
   

All approved returns are subject to a 10% processing fee, calculated from the item purchase price.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is not refundable.

If we provide a prepaid return shipping label for convenience, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are calculated as follows:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Defective items are handled through the warranty process described below.

Twangler warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use and service for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

For purposes of this warranty, “lifetime” refers to the usable life of the product under normal household use.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased new from the manufacturer or an authorized seller.

If, upon examination by the manufacturer, a product is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement product or part at no charge for the replacement item. A comparable replacement may be provided at our discretion.

This warranty provides replacement only and does not provide refunds.

Shipping and handling costs are not covered by the warranty.

The customer:

• Assumes risk of loss or damage while the product is in transit to us
   
• Is responsible for shipping the product to us for warranty evaluation
   
• Is responsible for a $4.00 shipping & handling charge per piece for the replacement shipment back to the customer, regardless of whether the warranty is found to apply

Ship the product(s), properly packaged and postage paid, along with:

• A printout of the email correspondence

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and secure packaging.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
   
• Commercial, institutional, or non-household use
   
• Tampering or alteration
   
• Damage in transit
   

Damage caused by excessive heat, or products that are flaking, stained, discolored, marked, scratched, warped, or pitted, indicates use outside recommended guidelines and is not covered.

Products used for commercial or institutional purposes are not eligible for warranty coverage.

The manufacturer’s sole and exclusive liability, and the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product, at the manufacturer’s sole option.

The manufacturer shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect. In no event shall liability exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

This warranty is granted in lieu of all other express warranties. The duration of any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to the period described above.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction.
