Twangler is warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the original consumer.  Any products which, upon examination by the manufacturer, are found to be defective will be replaced with a comparable product or part without charge during the warranty period. You assume risk of loss or damage to products during shipment, and you are responsible for the costs of shipping and handling, when products are shipped from you to us for warranty service and when replaced products are shipped back to you, regardless of whether this warranty is found to apply. 

How To Initiate A Warranty Claim:  

1. Email your full name, telephone number, address, and reason for the warranty claim to TacoTwangler@gmail.com. 

2. Ship the product(s), properly packaged and postage paid, along with a printout of the above email and a $4.00 check (per piece) for shipping and handling made out to Worthing Group LLC.

EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, commercial use, neglect, tampering, alterations, or damage in transit. Product that has been damaged by use with excessively high heat; or product that is flaking, stained, discolored, marked, scratched, warped, or pitted indicates use other than that recommended by the manufacturer and is not covered by this warranty.   
This warranty is limited to the original consumer and is not transferable. If the product was not purchased new from the manufacturer or an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of the manufacturer, this warranty is null and void.
LIMITATIONS: THE MANUFACTURER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY, AND THE CONSUMER'S SOLE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, IS LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AT THE MANUFACTURER'S SOLE OPTION. THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PRODUCT, IT'S USE OR IT'S PERFORMANCE. IN NO EVENT WILL MANUFACTURER'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE CONSUMER FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE.
Any oral or written description of a product is for the sole purpose of identifying it and shall not be construed as an express warranty. Any assistance the manufacturer or dealer, distributor, or representative provides outside the terms or limitations of this limited warranty will not constitute a waiver of such terms or limitations, or extend or revive the warranty. The limitations in this warranty apply notwithstanding any failure of the essential purpose of the limited remedies. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.   
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY GRANTED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) RELATING TO THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE PERIOD DESCRIBED ABOVE. Some states/jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.   
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, or country to country. 

IMPORTANT: We CANNOT process returns for purchases made at other e-commerce or brick-and-mortar stores or outlets. Please return such items to the original place of purchase in accordance with their return policies.  

TWANGLER SHOP FREE RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Unless otherwise stated, any purchase made directly from Worthing Group, at TacoTwangler.com, may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the product for a refund of the purchase price (less any handling and/or restocking fees which may apply). Worthing Group LLC will refund the purchase price minus fees, but not provide a product exchange. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exercise the 30 day free return guarantee by following the instructions below:  

How To Return An Item With Free Returns:  

1. You must return the item within 30 days of receipt of the product, along with the original receipt and a signed letter stating your full name, telephone number, address, and the reason for the return. Please contact our customer service center to request a printable mailing label for your return by emailing us at TacoTwangler@gmail.com. 

2. Ship your item to the address provided on label.

Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange and will not be returned to the customer. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy.  

Return processing and restocking fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount. If a refund is approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at tacotwangler@gmail.com. Items sent to us without first emailing a request for return will not be processed and cannot be returned to the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are not refundable (where applicable). You shall bear all expenses related to shipping charges on products or parts.
